What this service is

My Gratitude lets two people share a short gratitude practice through recorded video clips. It is offered free of charge, as-is, without warranty. It is not a therapy, crisis, or medical service. If you are in distress please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• Keep your email account and passkey device secure — they control access to your recordings.
• You are responsible for the people you invite to pair with and for the content you record.

Acceptable use

Please don't use My Gratitude to:

• record or share another person without their knowledge and consent;
• upload content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you record. You grant us a limited licence to store and stream your clips to your chosen partner, only for the purpose of running the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. See our Privacy Notice for what happens to your data when you do.
